You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You may apply online through our website or we can send you a paper application to fill out. -
How do I pay rent?
You may pay rent online through our website in your Resident Portal or drop a check/money order off to the office. We, unfortunately, do not accept cash. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You must notify our office of this change. We must screen the pet and meet the pet. The pet will be required to be current on all shots for the safety of our other residents and their pets. Once approved there will be an additional monthly fee to have a pet. If you do not notify us that unfortunately is a violation of our lease. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You must notify our office of this as soon as you are able. The roommate must be able to cover the entire month's rent on their own (which may require rescreening) or get another roommate. The new roommate must be approved and go through the screening process set by our office. Once approved the new roommate will be added to a lease or a new lease will be drafted. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We contact our Residents within 60 days of their expiration date of their lease to see if they will be renewing or terminating their lease at the end of the term. You may contact us at any time if you will not be renewing. You may also put in a request in your Resident portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The Owner of the property is typically responsible for most items that go wrong at a property. Should the Owner and our team feel the Resident is responsible for the request we will notify them immediately to make them aware they will be responsible for paying for the damages or repairs.
